Shipping policy

At KOYOGEN, we partner with leading national carriers to deliver your machinery and spare parts safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Methods & Timelines

Transit times and freight carriers are determined by item weight and size:

Large Machinery ABF, Roadrunner, Customs, CEVA, GXS, TFORCE 7 – 15 Business Days
Less than 21kg FedEx, UPS, USPS 5 – 7 Business Days

  • Order Processing: All orders require 3 – 5 business days for inspection and packaging before dispatch (Mon–Fri).

2. Offloading & Delivery Requirements

  • Offloading Responsibility: Recipients must provide suitable equipment (forklift, loading dock, or crane) to offload heavy machines.

  • Special Arrangements: If you do not have offloading equipment on-site, please inform us prior to dispatch.

  • Delivery Scheduling: Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment before arrival.

3. Freight Inspection

⚠️ INSPECT BEFORE SIGNING

  1. Check Condition: Inspect the machine and packaging before signing the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL).

  2. Note Damage: If damaged, write "DAMAGED" explicitly on the driver’s receipt.

  3. Report Immediately: Take photos and contact info@koyogen.com within 48 hours.
